Photo Luego

For pressure washers

Pressure washing is the most satisfying before and after. Show it.

A clean driveway beside a dirty one sells itself, but only if the photos match. Photo Luego helps you stand in the same spot for the after shot, then builds a drag-to-compare report your customer will happily pass around.

Works in your phone's browser. Free plan, no card needed.

Where the money leaks

Half-and-half "stripe" shots are great, but a matching before and after is better.

Neighbors only see the work if the customer shares it.

You need a record that the stains were there before you started.

How Photo Luego helps

An overlay of the before photo guides you to the same spot and angle.

Drag-to-compare slider in the report, ideal for texting to the customer.

Time-stamped photos for your records.

Quickly make a before and after image for social media and reviews (coming soon).

On the job

Photograph the driveway, deck or siding before you start. Wash, rinse, and step back to the same spot for the after shot. The report shows each surface side by side.

What to photograph on a pressure washing job

Tips for before and after photos that match

  1. 1

Stand in the same spot for the before and the after. Mark it with a landmark such as a downspout or a post.

  2. 2

Photograph the after when the surface is dry. Wet concrete and wood look darker and make the result look smaller.

  3. 3

Shoot at the same time of day if you can, with the sun behind you.

  4. 4

Leave a clean strip as a reference in the before, or photograph the unwashed edge, so the contrast is obvious.

  5. 5

Take a wide shot and a close shot of each area.

  6. 6

Move hoses, buckets and equipment out of the frame for the after.

Short captions that help the report sell

One line under a transformation says what you did. A few to adapt:

Oil-stained driveway, degreased and washed.
Green algae on the north fence, removed.
Deck boards washed and ready to seal.
Mildew on vinyl siding, cleaned.
What to tell the customer

Tell the customer you take before and after photos of each surface: "It helps us both see exactly what changed, and I will send you a short report when I am done." Mention any damage you see before starting, such as cracks or loose boards, and photograph it first.

General advice, not legal advice. Rules about photographing people and property vary by place, so check yours.

Questions

What should I photograph on a pressure washing job?

The whole surface from one fixed spot, close-ups of the worst stains, any existing damage, and the finished surface once it is dry.

Why photograph the surface when it is dry?

Wet surfaces look darker, which hides how clean the result is. A dry after photo matches the way the customer will see it.

Do the photos still line up if the light changes?

The overlay and edge lines help you match the framing. Matching the light is up to the sun, but the geometry will line up.

Can I send the report by text?

Yes. Make a PDF and share it, or send a private link on Pro.

Make your next job pay for itself.
